The green tag
you can query.

A magnet-mounted e-ink tag that tells every operator, supervisor and auditor whether this machine is cleared to run — and keeps the record that proves it.

The green card is still paper.

Set-up verification is required by every automotive and aerospace quality standard. The evidence lives in a binder.

Today

  1. Inspector signs a paper card.Initials, date, part number. It goes in a sleeve on the machine, or a binder in the office.
  2. The machine sits idle over a weekend.Nobody knows exactly when. Monday's first part runs on Friday's approval.
  3. Wrong tote at the wrong machine.Nobody checks the routing tag against the approved job. Final inspection finds it.
  4. The auditor asks for the record.Forty minutes of searching. One finding.

On Haratag

  1. Inspector taps a badge. The tag turns green with the part, revision, operation, inspector and expiry on the screen.
  2. The tag notices the idle.Built-in motion sensing. Past the threshold it turns yellow until someone re-verifies.
  3. Scan the routing tag.Wrong part for what was approved here: the tag turns red before a single part runs.
  4. The record already exists.Every state change is in a tamper-evident log. Export it. Done.

Three colours. No ambiguity.

Readable from across the aisle. Unchanged by a power cut. Explained by a tap.

Haratag showing RUN in green: part, tote, inspector and expiry
Green — verifiedFirst piece approved, right part scanned in, operator certified. Production may run.
Haratag showing HOLD in yellow: idle 58 hours, verify after shutdown
Yellow — needs a humanIdle too long, a new part scanned in, a new control plan or work instruction, a gauge due for calibration, PM overdue, or QA called.
Haratag showing STOP in red: wrong part scanned in
Red — do not runWrong part scanned in, first piece rejected, approval expired, or an uncertified operator without override.

Magnet it to the machine. That is the install.

No wiring, no electrician, no work order. Wi-Fi from the plant network or a supplied router.

Stick it on

Six magnets hold it to any steel surface. Tags ship pre-registered to the plant.

Scan the job in

Press SCAN and show the routing tag. Part, operation, heat lot and quantity load. A new job turns it yellow: awaiting first piece.

Tap to sign off

CALL brings QA. The inspector checks the first piece and taps a badge on the screen. Uncertified operator? It refuses.

Green, with a record

The tag shows who, what, when and until-when. The plant dashboard and audit export see the same thing.

One tag, every “at the machine” clause.

What the standards ask for at the point of use, and what the tag does about it.

Nothing on the tag an auditor could object to.

Haratag is designed for shops with defense and export-controlled work. The tag holds no drawings, no controlled data, no customer names — only the state of the machine and the identity of the record.

  • NO CUI
No controlled data leaves the server. The tag displays a status and a record ID. The record stays in your environment.
  • SIGNED
Signed firmware, secure boot.Every update is signed; the tag refuses anything else.
  • PER-TAG
One certificate per tag.Mutual TLS to the plant service. A lost tag is revoked, not reprogrammed.
  • LEDGER
Tamper-evident record.Every state change is chained. Edit one and the chain says so.
  • ENCLAVE
Cloud, GovCloud or on-prem.Deployment options for ITAR data-residency and US-person support.
